What Avorate evaluates, and what it deliberately doesn't

Avorate scores how you speak: never who you are or how you come across.

What does Avorate evaluate while I practise?

Avorate scores objective speaking parameters: pace, filler words, pauses, how your answer is structured and how directly it addresses the question that was asked. That is true for practice mode and for conversation training alike. Those scores are what your rating after each session is built from.

What does Avorate deliberately not evaluate?

Avorate never scores nervousness, confidence, persuasiveness, likability or fitness for a role, not even disguised as something else. The AI draws no conclusion about your personality or about whether you're suited for a role from your voice or your answers. It scores what you said, not how you came across while saying it.

Why does Avorate draw this line?

Because the EU AI Act (Article 5(1)(f)) bans inferring emotions in the workplace and in education. Avorate keeps this line everywhere in the app, not only where the law requires it: whether you're practising for school or for a client conversation, only how your answer is built and spoken gets scored.

Who can see my results?

Only you. Your ratings, recordings and transcripts appear only in your own history. There is no dashboard where a manager or anyone else can see your individual scores, not even on a Work account.
