How do I reset my Avorate password?

Open the Avorate sign-in page and tap “Forgot password”. Enter the email address your account is registered with. Avorate then sends you an email with a link that lets you set a new password. Right after that you sign in with the new password. The whole route normally takes one to two minutes.

3. 3Open the “Reset password” email (check your spam folder too!).
4. 4Click the link and set a new, strong password.
5. 5Sign in with the new password. Done.

Why does the reset email not arrive?

Wait a minute or two first and check the spam folder. If nothing arrives at all, the address you entered is usually not your account's address, for example because you used a second mailbox. Expired links are another common cause: in that case simply request a new email. If none of that helps, use account recovery.
