How credits work and how to manage your subscription.
Is Avorate free?
You can use Avorate for free. After signing up you get a starter quota of credits and speaking minutes, enough to build presentations and try practice mode without entering any payment details. If you present regularly, you can move to a paid plan afterwards, which tops up new credits every month and includes more speaking minutes.
What are credits?
Credits are the currency for every AI feature in Avorate: generating a presentation, editing slides via chat, creating images and analysing practice sessions. Each of those actions deducts a fixed number of credits from your balance. You can see your current balance in the app under your profile. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
Which plans are available?
Next to the free plan with its starter quota there are paid plans. They top up new credits every month, unlock larger speaking-minute quotas and allow more attached documents per presentation. Your plan renews automatically unless you switch renewal off in the settings. Credits are bought and subscriptions managed in the Avorate app.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
In the Avorate app under Settings you can cancel your plan yourself at any time, with no message to support. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your presentations are kept. Switching up to a bigger plan applies immediately, so the extra credits are available right away.
