Creating a presentation

How a topic turns into a finished, exportable presentation.

How do I create a presentation with AI?

In Avorate you only enter your topic. The AI researches it, proposes an outline and turns that outline into finished slides with text, images and a speech script for every slide. Everything stays editable: in the editor you adjust single slides directly or describe what you want in the AI chat. At the end you present full screen or export the file.

How is the outline created?

After you enter a topic, Avorate researches it with a live web search and builds an outline from the results. You set the number of slides or leave that to the AI, and you can rephrase, delete and add points. Your own material such as worksheets or PDFs can be attached as a file. It then becomes the most important source. Only when the outline fits do you start generating.

How do I generate and edit slides?

Before generating you choose a design and an image source: stock photos, AI images or a mix of both. Avorate then writes every slide and picks a matching layout for it. The editor opens afterwards. There you click a text area to edit it directly, or you describe the change in the AI chat on the right, for example “make slide 3 shorter”.

  1. 1Choose a design: every theme adapts colors, fonts and layout automatically.
  2. 2Pick the image source: stock photos, AI images or a mix.
  3. 3Start generating. The editor then opens with all slides.
  4. 4Adjust single slides: click the text or describe the change in the AI chat.

How do I present and export my presentation?

“Present” starts full-screen mode right in the browser, including the speaker notes that you show and hide with the N key. There are three ways to export: the whole presentation as a PowerPoint file (.pptx), the current slide as an image (PNG) or all slides together as a ZIP archive. The PowerPoint file can be edited further in PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides.
